Today, I decided to adjust my sleep schedule and sleep only one hour in order to attend a regular morning meeting. So I finished work at 6:00 a.m. and thought I would go to bed then, but I couldn’t sleep well. So I ended up attending the regular meeting without sleeping. Yesterday I slept until 9 pm and it was destroying me in many ways. It was a blood sugar spike, and I was lazy. So my mental health was not good.
Finally! Make a Bank of Georgia card
In the morning, I completed the transition of my work and then walked there, thinking I would go to Mapshalia for the first time in a while. But they were closed, even though their business hours are supposed to start at 9:00 a.m., so I decided to go to a nearby bank first. So I finally decided to get my card made at the bank. As I waited there on the comfy couch, I felt a surge of confidence.
I was waiting there on the comfortable sofa, and I was feeling confident! I felt like I was going to make a bank card right now! Then I looked at the people working around me. When I see people working in an office with other people like this, I think, “How nice.
When I worked at 7-Eleven, I was very sociable and communicative. Just sitting on a sofa in a beautiful bank made me feel good and confident, so I thought that one environment can change one’s life and personality. I thought, “This is so important.
Making a bank card is very simple!
Just like that, I submitted my passport at the bank, signed the papers, then wrote my address and the reason for registering my bank. The card registration was done, proud that I could do it all by myself. But the clerk said that I need 60 lari for the bank registration fee, and then he said something like I need 50 lari and $50 deposit in the future, which I can withdraw after a month, so I thought this is not good. I leave on the 17th of December, so I won’t make it by then. I was thinking that I would rather not get a bank card for this. Well, I guess it’s just another experience. It can’t be helped. If you don’t have enough money to be frightened by such a situation, why don’t you be smart, do business in a leveraged way, and make enough money so that you don’t have to worry about such a thing? That’s it. I realized once again that money is also about confidence. Confidence, or perhaps, leeway.
The affordability I should make: ability to live abroad, affordability
These are the two. I realized again. After my bank card was processed, I went to the nearby Mapshalia again, and it was empty, so I decided to go there for the first time in a long time.
Eating Khachapuri and Ojalli at Mapshallia for the first time in a long time
There were hardly any customers, so I thought it would be perfect to go around noon. The last time I went at around 4:00 p.m., the place was packed, but now there were no customers at all. I wondered why. Because 12:00 and 18:00 are the usual busy times, but in Georgia, the later it gets into the evening, the more crowded it gets, so I realized that the timing for dining is different.
So I ordered oshakli, Ajarulian Khachapuri, then cheese bread, and lemonade. All for about 900 yen. It was very inexpensive, and the food was really good.
In the end, I couldn’t eat all of the Ajarurlian Khachapuri. Because it was so big. And because it was bread, when the cheese in the middle was gone and I was left with just bread, I wondered how I was going to eat it, and by then I felt like I was already full from all the other food. So this time, it was OK because I had the cash.
Last time, I didn’t know that I can’t pay by credit card, so I just went in and had to leave my passport at the bank, so I learn by experience. That’s all. Ahhhh…! It was delicious. The dish called “oshakli” is a stir-fried mixture of potatoes and pork, and it is delicious. It’s juicy, you know. It was really good! I felt so happy.
I was alone. At the same time, I felt proud again that I had come a long way on my own. Life is so good. So after eating my meal, I had a stomach ache because of the lemonade I drank, so I walked quickly to warm my stomach with my hands as I walked back to my house. It takes about 15 minutes to get home, so I did my best to bear it. And finally! With 50 meters to go, I ran as fast as I could back home, took off my belt, and went to the bathroom. I made it in time lol
Then, I went to the supermarket and bought some more Khachapuri. My favorite, favorite Khachapuri.
When I got home, I was so sleepy that I slept for 6 hours instead of the 1 hour I was supposed to sleep in bed. So, the day ended up being over. My ideal is to wake up at 6:00 a.m. and sleep at 12:00 p.m. with a glass of wine. That’s it.
