Vietnam

ベトナムに来て、実はずっと下痢。ついに食中毒になってしまう。

Finally, I get food poisoning

Since yesterday, I thought I had some kind of abdominal pain, and when I woke up in the morning, I had a great abdominal pain. And I have no appetite and have only diarrhea. I’m so used to this kind of thing happening to me when I travel that I’ve gotten used to it, but of course I don’t feel good about it. But I want to do what I can now. So today I decided to upload my diary blog and do other easy tasks like that.

普段はここで作業。20階からの景色は最高

Usually work here, great view from the 20th floor.

Go to a nearby mall and eat McDonald’s.

I was getting a little hungry, so I decided to go to a nearby mall and eat at the McDonald’s there. Normally, I would order the L set, but today I decided to order the M set. A McChicken burger, fries M and water. I’ve definitely gained weight lately and I don’t even want to drink Coca-Cola anymore. So I decided to order water. It had been a while since I had had a McDonald’s, and it was really good. Then I decided to write my diary and update my blog there.

On the way there, next to my seat, a Vietnamese and an old man of European descent were talking about investments. Probably real estate investment or crypto currency investment. I hope the old European guy was not cheated. It was so interesting to see to talk with a juice in his hand at a MacDonald’s, when we usually talk in the lounge of a luxury hotel.

Around the mall and to another fast food place.

Sorry. I don’t know why, but I’m craving chicken. So I end up eating fast food on the top floor of the mall again. There, I ate two pieces of chicken, fries, and a Coca-Cola, which was a super bad eating habit. I should be ashamed of myself. Of course, I’m happy just to be able to eat things, and it’s a sign that I’m healthy, but that’s not good…

On the walk home, stop by the pharmacy to buy medicine.

On my way home on foot, I saw many cafes. There was something stylish about them, so I thought I would like to try one next time. I read in a book that going to a place that is not your destination means going out of your comfort zone. I am very nervous about going into a restaurant or a stylish cafe by myself, so I would like to get over this issue.

On my way home, I went to a pharmacy and asked for azithromycin.

Azithromycin in hand

I studied in Georgia. When I was in Georgia, I got an illness that made no sense that wouldn’t go away for about two weeks, and at first I thought it might be corona, but it wasn’t. I tried to cure it with natural immunity, but it wouldn’t go away, so I went to the pharmacy and got a drug called “azithromycin”. It’s 500 mg and only comes in 3 pills, but if taken for 3 days in a row, the drug lasts for a week. It is very powerful and is known as an antibiotic that kills gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, so-called germs. So, on the spur of the moment, the equation was put forth: food poisoning = bacteria = azithromycin, and I could buy the medicine. It was kind of cool to say, “Azithromycin please.

I take my medicine and spend my evenings on the terrace writing in my journal or making time to read.

I feel really happy when I spend time reading because it makes me flow. Plus, you learn a lot. What I learned today is that dopamine is reduced. But when combined with oxytocin, dopamine is not reduced. In other words, the reason why your mother’s curry rice tastes good and you never get tired of it no matter how many times you eat it is because it is mixed with “gratitude. So I learned that remembering to be grateful leads to happiness.

Besides, that it is good to reward yourself. After all, if you travel all the time, “appreciation and enjoyment of travel” will become low. So, he said, it is good to set a reward like “if I do 00, I can travel”.

So I thought, “I’ll study shopify and go on the next trip when I can earn 1 million yen.
It was another good day. Thanks again for today. Getting food poisoning in Vietnam, buying and taking medicine. What an adventurous, interesting and exciting day. It’s the best!
